Danny Findey might not have the worst job, but he sure did piss someone off!

Just like any other day, I was perusing the recent marketing job postings on craigslist when I saw this: RE: Catering Event Designer. That sounds like an odd job title, so I click to read more. Well, turns out this is not a job posting at all! It’s a rant from some pissed-off disgruntled employee, i assume. Danny Findey, today you win.

He has no knowledge of how to created a catered event. He has no knowledge of how to manage or supervise a sales team. He has no knowledge of marketing. He is also very condescending to all the employees and he style of management is not democratic.
You would think these are critical skills needed to have a successful sales team.

He has created a bad vibe throughout the whole company.
The worst thing about is that the owners are doing nothing about it.

Catering By Design have a lot of great people working for them and the owners at one time had their heads on straight, but that was the past this is now.
